Thamer & Dafer Law Firm is a professional limited liability company with two shareholder. It is registered under and its main office is in Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Thamer & Dafer (T&D) is a Private Company Limited by Shares that was founded and is licensed to provide law professional services. It also has a branch in Dubai that is licensed to provide management consulting services. All of these companies are collectively referred to as “T&D.”

As a data controller and/or processor under the relevant laws, as amended, each of them wants your clear, positive, and informed permission to process your Personal Data as well as the data of your employers and their employees. This includes processing and sending your data outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for:

  • Hiring and managing employees: to look over, process, and react to your job application with T&D, as well as to handle any employment relationship between you and T&D.
  • Communication and keeping records: To keep track of your relationship with T&D and to get in touch with you about T&D services, updates on your application, or other business issues that are important to you.
  • Legal duties and following the rules: To meet legal and regulatory standards, such as proving your identity, and to do what the law says T&D has to do.
  • Service improvement: To learn about your wants and meet them with customized services, as well as to make T&D more efficient in its operations and better at serving its clients.
  • Security and fraud detection: To find and stop security events and keep people safe from any dishonest, illegal, or fraudulent behavior.

As part of our services, we will look over the information and facts you give us and make comments on them so that we can help your client with the problems they came to us with.

  • Address for the Internet
  • Status of marriage
  • Names of parents
  • Siblings and how to reach them
  • Information about work history
  • Information about health suggestions for people to run the business we’ll be starting
  • Things that will be written in prospectuses, circulars, and other public papers
  • What kinds of information will be in due diligence reports

Please be aware that this Processing of Personal Data is necessary for the reasons below. If T&D can’t Process your Personal Data, T&D may not be able to:

Either move forward with your application or look it over.

Keep correct records of your interactions with us, as they may affect how we communicate and provide services to you in the future.

Respond to the questions or requests for information that you send, which could make it harder for us to communicate.

We will give you or your boss the services or information you may be asking for.

Protection against possible security risks or fraud, as well as making sure that our exchanges are safe.

Based on the above, if you do not agree to the Processing of the above-mentioned Personal Data, T&D will not have the right, licenses, or permits to Process your Personal Data and will not be able to do what needs to be done.
